I am building tall shelves to store bolts of fabric. These shelves are really going to utilize and organize and the space.
This is the first of 7, the shelves will take up the whole wall.
I used some pallets that were already at the house to make the bottom shelf.
This picture just looks cool!
Thanks to Rufang for taking the pictures. Check out her silk store: Silk Resource

Building a roof, slowly
Its cold in the warehouse and I can't put off this long awaited task anymore!
I started off by adding a lip to the top of my room
Next I made this little guy to support the roof beam
This is where it lives
I added a second support and put up the beam
This is what it looks like from a far
more to come...

Screen Printed Wall
I got tired of looking at my wall being a dingy white, so I painted it and then printed on it. Greg held the screen for me and I printed. The image is of some random drawings I was working on, the framed pictures are some collages I've had for a while.
I have a big project Im working on right now, I'll have updates soon!

Whats goin on?
I have been busy! I was on the west coast for two weeks traveling. I made a zine of blind contours from my travels, I will post some pages of it soon...
Since I got back, I've been working for the artist Odili Donald Odita installing a mural at Princeton University. I wanted to post some pictures of the progress. It should be done by September 22nd.

A New Mural
This is the biggest Mural I've done to date! My friends at Sire Press comissioned this piece at their offices in N.Philly. These are some characters that float around in my head, their world is always growing.
The Gnomes splash around
The Gardeneer plants some seeds
Watch TV, its good for you
This gnome helps the gardeneer with the watering
I am available to paint on your walls too. I can work within your budget. Just contact me Jeremyjams@gmail.com

More Valentine's
My friends have a monthly meet up called Craftivity at Germ Books. At the pastone we made Valentines and I gave a demonstration for potato stamps.
For some reason my scanner won't scan neon colors. This is on hot orange
Don't break my heart, I'll rust
This smile glows in the dark
Let's give'em something to talk about

Drawings with Greg
Its great collaborating with your friends. You get to bounce ideas off each other, it pushes you to try and impress, crack up or gross the other one out. Greg and I have been friends for a long time, as well as collaborators, one of the first posts on this blog is of our collaborations.
Any how this is a pencil drawing that I gave to Greg that he inked and really made it come to life. There are ideas that came from the poster below and there is a second cat and mouse drawing in the works now.
This flyer was so much fun to make, we talked and sketched out lots of ideas for this "house party" and used the bands names' to make up some of the characters.
This is a drawing we made for our band, Band Name. We love TV so it just made sense.
